Crumbed bananas

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
4 \N Peeled bananas
\N \N Lemon juice
\N \N Salt and pepper; to taste
\N \N Cake flour
1 \N Beaten egg
\N \N Breadcrumbs
\N \N Oil
\N \N Parsley for decoration

Sprinkle both sides of the bananas with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Roll succesfully in flour, egg and crumbs. Put in fridge for an hour. Fry in hot oil until golden brown. Drain on brown paper. Decorate with parsley and serve immediately.
