Crockpot cheese souffle

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
8 slices Bread
8 ounces Grated cheese
4 \N Eggs
1 cup Milk
1 cup Evaporated milk
¼ teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Parsley
\N \N Paprika
1 cup Cooked meat (optional) ham

1. Lightly grease pot.

2. Layer bread, cheese and meat (if using).

3. Beat together eggs, milk, evaporated milk, salt and parsley.

4. Pour over bread and cheese in pot.

5. Sprinkle top with paprika.

6. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours.
