Crock pot german potato salad

Ingredients

| 2 | Potatoes; sliced | |
| ½ | cup | Onions; copped |
| ½ | cup | Celery sliced |
| ¼ | cup | Green peppers; diced |
| ¼ | cup | Vinegar |
| ¼ | cup | Oil |
| Chopped parsley | ||
| Sliced bacon; cooked and crumbled | ||
Directions
Combine all ingredients except parsley and bacon. Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir and cook for 5-6 hours in crock pot. Add sugar if needed.
