crock pot rice pudding

1 Servings
2½ cup Cooked rice
1½ cup Scalded milk
⅔ cup White or brown sugar
Eggs; beaten
1 teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoons Vanilla
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Nutmeg
½ cup Raisins
3 tablespoons Soft butter

Combine all ingredients. Pour into lightly greased crock pot. Cook on high 1 to 2 hours. Stir during first 30 minutes. Recipe can be doubled.
