Crispy date balls^

Yield: 60 servings

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Butter
1 pack (8oz) chopped dates
1 cup Sugar
1 large Egg
1 teaspoon Vanilla
2 cups Rice crispies
2 cups Finely chopped pecans
\N \N Coconut

In a large saucepan, cook the first 4 ingredients on low heat, stirring constaantly, 10 mins. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla, cereal and pecans. Cool to touch.

Make mixture into 1" balls roll in cocnut. Store in refrigerator in a airtight container.
