Measure | Ingredient |

1 cup | Wax beans -- cooked |
1 tablespoon | Chopped onion |
½ \N | Green pepper -- chopped |
3 tablespoons | Cooking oil |
1½ tablespoon | Flour |
1½ cup | Tomato juice |
¼ teaspoon | Salt |
⅛ teaspoon | Pepper |
Cook onion and green pepper in oil until onion is yellow. Blend in flour, add tomato juice gradually and cook for 5 minutes. Add salt, pepper and beans. Heat thoroughly.
