Creole tartar sauce

Measure Ingredient
3 tablespoons Tomato paste
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons Olive oil
1 tablespoon White wine vinegar
½ teaspoon Paprika
¾ teaspoon Red pepper sauce
¼ cup Finely chopped scallions
¼ cup Finely chopped celery
¼ cup Finely chopped parsley

In a small bowl stir together all ingredients until combined. Makes about ¾ cup.
