½ teaspoon | LIMA Sea Salt |
2 teaspoons | EDEN Mirin |
2 larges | Cloves garlic, pressed |
⅛ cup | Fresh parsley (chopped finely) |
Mix oil and flour in a heavy saucepan. Heat over a low flame stirring constantly for 3-5 minutes. Slowly add EDENSOY, Stirring constantly as sauce thickens. Add salt, garlic, and mirin. Simmer on low heat uncovered, stirring occasionally for 5-10 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in parsley. This is great on vegetables, tofu, seafood, or pasta.
