1 can | Tomatoes with green chiles (rotel) |
1 can | (large) tomatoes; chopped |
1 can | Ranch-style beans |
1 pack | Chili mix |
1 can | (small) evaporated milk |
½ pounds | Pasteurized processed cheese |
\N \N | Tortilla chips |
In skillet, brown ground beef & onions. Drain. In a large glass dish mix tomatoes, beans, chili mix, milk & cheese. Heat in microwave (or oven) until cheese melts. Add ground beef & onion mixture. Serve over corn or tortilla chips. Serves 10-12.
