|2 pounds||Ground beef|
|1 large||Onion; chopped|
|1 can||Tomatoes with green chiles (rotel)|
|1 can||(large) tomatoes; chopped|
|1 can||Ranch-style beans|
|1 pack||Chili mix|
|1 can||(small) evaporated milk|
|½ pounds||Pasteurized processed cheese|
In skillet, brown ground beef & onions. Drain. In a large glass dish mix tomatoes, beans, chili mix, milk & cheese. Heat in microwave (or oven) until cheese melts. Add ground beef & onion mixture. Serve over corn or tortilla chips. Serves 10-12.
