Creamy prune ambrosia

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack Vanilla pudding mix
1½ cup Milk
½ cup Whipping cream
½ teaspoon Vanilla extract
1 cup Prunes, pitted
1 cup Orange, sections
¼ cup Coconut flakes

Prepare pudding mix as package directs, reducing milk to 1½ cups. Cover and cool. Beat cream with vanilla to soft peaks; fold into cooled pudding.

Cut prunes into halves or large pieces. Layer pudding, prunes, oranges and coconut onto serving dishes.
