Measure | Ingredient |

1 can | 8 oz crushed pineapple |
4 ounces | Gingersnaps |
1 tablespoon | Dry sherry |
2 tablespoons | Golden raisins |
¼ cup | Mandarin oranges |
½ cup | Whipping cream |
\N \N | Grated chocolate (garnish) |
Drain pineapple; crush gingersnaps. Mix together with sherry, raisins and oranges. Lightly whip cream; gently fold in pineapple-gingersnap mixture; chill. Spoon into dessert or parfait glasses; sprinkle with grated chocolate; serve cold. Serves 4.
