Creamy nutella cheesecake

Yield: 12 servings

Measure Ingredient
\N \N Makes 12 slices
1¼ cup Graham cracker crumbs
⅓ cup Margarine, melted
2 eaches 8oz packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup Nutella
⅓ cup Granulated sugar
½ cup Sugar
¼ teaspoon Vanilla extract

FILLING

FOR CRUST

In a small bowl, stir crumbs, melted margarine and sugar. Into 8½ inch springform pan, press crust mixture acrosss bottom and 1 ½ in up sides. Set aside.

For Filling:

With electric mixer on medium, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Pour into prepared crust and chill at least 4 hours. Run sharp knife around edge to loosen before serving.

Note: I have no idea when you add the Nutella, the darn recipe doesn't say! After the recipe there's a notice that you can get more recipes by calling 1-800-NUTELLA.
