1 carton | (8oz) sour cream |
1 cup | (4oz) shredded cheddar |

Place broccoli spears in a shallow 2-qt. baking dish. Cover tightly with heavy duty plastic wrap and fold back a small corner of wrap to allow steam to escape. Microwave at high 3 minutes. Rearrange spears; cover and microwave 3-4 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Combine soup, chicken and poultry seasoning in a microwave safe bowl; cover and cook 2-3 minutes. Stir in sour cream and ½ cup cheese. Cook an additional 2 minutes.
Spoon chicken over broccoli and sprinkle with the rest of the cheese. Cook Note:
To reduce fat and calories, substitute reduced fat soup, cheese and sour cream.
