Creamy cheese dip with green onions and dill

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Lowfat cottage cheese
1 cup Light ricotta cheese
2 teaspoons Lemon juice
1 teaspoon Finely chopped garlic
⅛ teaspoon Salt
½ cup Lowfat yogurt
½ cup Finely chopped green onions
2 tablespoons Finely chopped fresh dill; or
2 teaspoons Dried dill weed

In food processor process cottage cheese, ricotta cheese, lemon juice, garlic and salt until almost smooth. Scrape into a bowl. Gently stir in yogurt, green onions and dill until blended. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes 3 cups.
