Creamy cauliflower au gratin soup

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Envelope Lipton golden onion
\N \N Soup mix
3 cups Water
3 cups Cauliflower flowerets
1 \N Stalk celery - -- coarsely
\N \N Chopped
½ cup Light cream or evaporated
\N \N Skim milk
¾ cup Shredded cheddar cheese
¼ teaspoon Pepper

In medium saucepan, thoroughly blend golden onion soup mix with water. Add cauliflowerets and celery. Bring to a boil, then simmer covered, striing occasionally, 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender. In food processor or blender, puree hot soup mixture, then return to saucepan. Stir in remaining ingredients. Simmer, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
