creamy caesar dressing

1 Servings
5 ounces Llite silken tofu
1 tablespoon Slivered blanched almonds
Cloves garlic; minced
1 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon Nutritional yeast
1 teaspoon Soy sauce
½  Sheet nori; torn into pieces

In a blender, mix together all ingredients, stopping to scrape down sides as necessary, until smooth. Makes about 1 cup per tablespoon 18⅗ Cal, 1 gr prot., 1½ gr fat
