Cook celery, onion and broccoli in 2-½-qt. covered casserole in microwave on HlGH for 6 minutes, stirring after 3 minutes. Set aside.
Blend cottage cheese in blender or food processor until very smooth; slowly add milk while continuing to blend. Add chicken soup to cheese/milk mixture; blend; add mixture to cooked, undrained vegetables.Microwave on HlGH until heated through (about 3 minutes) without boiling. Add salt, pepper.
