Cream cheese rettucceni

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Butter
¼ cup Flour
2 \N Bar cream cheese
3 cups Milk
½ cup Fresh Parmesan cheese
\N \N Pepper to taste

Directions: Melt butter in saucepan and flour and stir till smooth. Add cream cheese and mix well. Then add milk and cheese, heat well stiring constantaly.

Notes: I often add brockley, chicken or mushrooms.
