| Measure | Ingredient |

| 6 ounces | Cream cheese |
| 4 tablespoons | Butter or margarine |
| 4 cups | Powdered sugar; sifted |
| 2 teaspoons | Vanilla |
Beat all ingredients together well. If necessary, add a little milk to make a spreading consistency. Spread over cooked carrot cake (previous recipe).
