| 2 mediums | Pears; cored and diced |
| ½ teaspoon | Ground nutmeg |
| ½ teaspoon | Ground allspice |
| 4 | Inches stick cinnamon |
Place ingredients in saucepan. Bring to boil & cook for 3- 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Cover & chill. Remove cinnamon before serving. Makes 3+ cups.
