2 cups | Fresh cranberries |
1 \N | 1/2 onions |
¾ cup | Sour cream |
1 cup | Sugar |
2 tablespoons | Prepared horseradish. |
In a food processor, grind cranberries and onion. In a bowl mix sour cream, sugar and horseradish. Manually, combine sour cream mixture with chopped cranberry mixture Chill and serve. Can be frozen. Thaw and stir before serving.
