Cranberry drops

Yield: 66 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Granulated sugar
¾ cup Brown sugar -- packed
3 cups Unbleached flour
¼ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Baking soda
½ cup Margarine -- softened
¼ cup Skim milk -- at room
\N \N Temperature
2 tablespoons Orange juice
1 \N Egg white -- whipped
2½ cup Cranberries -- chopped

Preheat oven at 350. Prepare a baking sheet with cooking spray. In a mixing bowl, combine sugars, flour, salt, and baking soda. In another mixing bowl, combine margarine, milk, orange juice, egg white, and cranberries. Mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients just until moistened. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls about 2" apart on a prepared baking sheet. Push down slightly with a spoon. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
