Cranberry christmas pudding & sauce

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Cranberry 1 lb bag, washed
½ cup Molasses
2 teaspoons Soda dissolved in
½ cup Water
1½ cup Flour
\N dash Salt
1 cup Sugar
½ cup Butter only, not margarine
½ cup Whipping cream
\N \N Vanilla

PUDDING

SAUCE

Mix pudding in order given. Steam 2½ hours.

Mix sauce and simmer a few minutes.

Serve warm over pudding
