|4 pounds||Rolled Brisket of Beef|
|1½ ounce||Dry onion soup mix|
|14 ounces||Jellied cranberry sauce|
Pre-heat oven to 350 degF (180 degC). Combine all ingredients and pour over brisket, using enough water to cover. Cover and bake for 3 hours. Slice while warm and return slices to pot to absorb juice.
Re-heat just before serving.
