Cranberrry chutney

Yield: 20 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Fresh orange sections
½ cup Orange juice
1 \N Bag fresh cranberries
2 cups Sugar
1 cup Apples; unpeeled and chopped
½ cup Raisins
¼ cup Chopped walnuts
½ tablespoon Ginger
½ tablespoon Cinnamon

Combine all ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, simmer 5 minutes or until berries burst. Makes 5½ cups.
