MeasureIngredient
1 cup Cranberries -- fresh or
  Frozen
6 larges Apples -- peeled & chopped
½ cup Sugar
⅓ cup Apple juice
¼ teaspoon Ground mace
⅛ teaspoon Coriander -- ground

In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 10 to 15 min. or until apples are tender.

Remove from heat and cool slightly. Puree mixture in food processor.

Cover and refrigerate. Yield: about 4 cups Recipe By : Country Woman
