| 1 teaspoon | Unflavored gelatin |
| ¼ cup | Cold water |
| 2 packs | (8-oz) cream cheese; softened |
| 2 tablespoons | Sherry |
| 1 | Jar (2-oz) chopped pimento; drained |
| 1 can | Crab meat; drained |
| 1 teaspoon | Lemon juice |
| ⅛ teaspoon | Black pepper |
| 2 tablespoons | Parsley |
Sprinkle gelatin over cold water. Stir over hot water until dissolved. In mixer, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add melted gelatin, sherry, salt, pimento & remaining ingredients. Pour into a 3-cup mold that has been greased or sprayed. Chill until set & serve with crackers.
