| Measure | Ingredient |

| 1 teaspoon | Dry Mustard |
| ¼ teaspoon | Pepper |
| ½ cup | Bread crumbs, soft |
| 1 pounds | Crabmeat, drained |
| 1 x | Vegetable oil for frying |
Combine all except vegetable oil. Shape into 8 patties. Place on baking sheet lined with wax paper.
