Measure Ingredient
2 eaches Egg whites, beaten
2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
2 teaspoons Parsley, fresh chopped
1¼ teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Dry Mustard
¼ teaspoon Pepper
½ cup Bread crumbs, soft
1 pounds Crabmeat, drained
1 x Vegetable oil for frying

Combine all except vegetable oil. Shape into 8 patties. Place on baking sheet lined with wax paper.
