|2 eaches||Egg whites, beaten|
|2 teaspoons||Parsley, fresh chopped|
|1¼ teaspoon||Old Bay seasoning|
|1 teaspoon||Worcestershire sauce|
|1 teaspoon||Dry Mustard|
|½ cup||Bread crumbs, soft|
|1 pounds||Crabmeat, drained|
|1 x||Vegetable oil for frying|
Combine all except vegetable oil. Shape into 8 patties. Place on baking sheet lined with wax paper.
