Measure | Ingredient |
---|---|
2 \N | Oranges; peeled & cut into pieces |
1 small | Onion; chopped fine |
2 \N | Minced Habaneros; or more (to your heat level liking) |
¼ cup | Chopped cilantro leaves *no stems*; or more |
3 tablespoons | Fresh lime juice |
2 teaspoons | Extra virgin olive oil |
½ teaspoon | Dried Mexican oregano |
¼ teaspoon | Salt (optional-I usually leave it out) |
