Coyote summer salsa

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 \N Oranges; peeled & cut into pieces
1 small Onion; chopped fine
2 \N Minced Habaneros; or more (to your heat level liking)
¼ cup Chopped cilantro leaves *no stems*; or more
3 tablespoons Fresh lime juice
2 teaspoons Extra virgin olive oil
½ teaspoon Dried Mexican oregano
¼ teaspoon Salt (optional-I usually leave it out)
