1 tablespoon | Red chili powder |
1 teaspoon | Pepper |
½ teaspoon | Cloves, ground |
1 cup | Vinegar |
1 \N | Juice |
3 larges | Onion -- diced |
½ cup | Brown sugar -- firmly |

1 tablespoon | Liquid Bar-B-Que SmokeĀ® |
2 teaspoons | Sugar |
1½ teaspoon | Salt |

Mix all of the ingredients together, blending well and simmer at least 1 hour , but longer is better. Serve on roast, ribs, steak or beefburgers. leftovers can be frozen.
