Measure | Ingredient |

2 cups | Ham; cubed cooked ham, * see note |
½ cup | Green onions; chopped |
¼ cup | Margarine or butter; melted |
2 larges | Eggs; beaten |
1 can | (11 oz) corn w/red and green peppers; drained |
1 can | (8.5 oz) cream style corn |
1 cup | Martha white self-rising white cornmeal |
¾ cup | Buttermilk |
4 ounces | (1 cup) shredded cheddar cheese |
Heat oven to 350 F Grease 12x8-inch (2 quart) baking dish. In large bowl, combine all ingredients except cheese. Pour into greased baking dish. Bake at 350 F for 45-55 minutes or until golden brown and set. Sprinkle with Cheese. Bake an additional 2-3 minutes or until cheese is melted. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Cut into squares.
NOTES : This recipe calls for Country Ham, I like regular ham better, but use whatever you like. -
