Cottage cheese balls

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 pounds Cottage cheese; 1/2% fat
2 \N Eggs
1 tablespoon Cream of wheat; (farina)
2 tablespoons Bread crumbs
2 tablespoons Flour
\N \N Salt to taste

Mash cottage cheee and eggs with a fork. Add cream of wheat and let sit 20 minutes. Add rest. Form into 2" balls and drop into boiling water. Cook 15 minutes. Drain and serve with melted butter and/or sour cream.
