Corny bean bake

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cans Baked beans; (16-oz. each)
½ pounds Cocktail sausages; cut in bite-size pieces
¼ cup Barbecue sauce
1 cup Crushed corn chips
1 cup Shredded Monterey Jack cheese
½ cup Chopped green onion

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a shallow 2-quart casserole, combine beans, sausages and barbecue sauce. In a medium bowl, combine corn chips, cheese and onion. Top beans with corn chip mixture. Very easy dish to make and it tasted wonderful. Served it with Pecan Orange Slaw.
