Cornmeal waffles #2

Yield: 3 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1¾ cup All-purpose flour
2 teaspoons Baking powder
½ teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Sugar
3 eaches Egg yolks; beaten
4 tablespoons Melted butter or oil
1½ cup Milk
3 eaches Egg whites,; beaten until stiff
½ cup Cornmeal

Mix all dry ingredients together. Mix wet ingredients together and combine with dry ingredients. Do not over mix. Carefully, fold in beaten egg whites. Cook according to your waffle iron instructions.
