3 eaches | Egg yolks; beaten |
4 tablespoons | Melted butter or oil |
1½ cup | Milk |
3 eaches | Egg whites,; beaten until stiff |
½ cup | Cornmeal |
Mix all dry ingredients together. Mix wet ingredients together and combine with dry ingredients. Do not over mix. Carefully, fold in beaten egg whites. Cook according to your waffle iron instructions.
