| 6 | Green or red bell peppers |
| 2 cups | Frozen corn, thawed |
| ½ cup | Soft bread crumbs |
| ½ cup | Cream |
| 2 | Eggs, slightly beaten |
| 2 tablespoons | Melted margarine/butter |
| 3 tablespoons | Grated onion |
| 2 teaspoons | Parsley flakes |
| ½ teaspoon | Salt |
| ¼ teaspoon | Pepper |
| ¼ teaspoon | Paprika |
Remove tops and insides of peppers. Wash and drain thoroughly. Place the peppers upright in a shallow pan. Add ½ inch water to pan. Mix all the remaining ingredients. Spoon into peppers. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until peppers are tender.
