| Measure | Ingredient |

| 2 cans | (15 oz) Creamed corn |
| ½ cup | Melted margarine |
| ¼ cup | Sugar |
| 3 | Eggs |
| ½ cup | Flour |
| 1 teaspoon | Baking powder |
| ¾ cup | Coffee Rich; (She used the lo-fat) |
| ¼ cup | Water |
| 1 teaspoon | Vanilla |
Mix together all ingredients but corn. Add corn last. Pour into 9 x 13 casserole. Bake at 350 for 1hr 15 min.
