Yield: 1 Servings
Measure | Ingredient |
---|---|
1 cup | Brown sugar |
1 cup | Peanut butter |
1 cup | Corn syrup or honey |
4 cups | Corn flakes |
1½ cup | Raisins |
½ cup | Butter |
1 pack | Chocolate chips |
Heat first 3 ingredients in a large pot on low heat until bubbly. Add corn flakes and raisins, stir well, and press into a greased 8x8 inch pan. In a small saucepan, melt butter and chocolate chips and pour over the corn flake mix. Chill in fridge until chocolate has set, cut into squares. Keep in fridge (when you aren't eating 6 at a time that is). These freeze nicely.
