coriander leaves chutney

½  Coconut
Green chillies; (to 9)
Flakes garlic; (to 6)
  Salt; to taste
1 medium Bunch coriander leaves
  1" ginger
  Juice of half a lemon

Grind all ingredients together without water to a rough paste.
