|1 teaspoon||Cumin -- toasted|
|1 teaspoon||Coriander seed|
|1 teaspoon||Black peppercorns|
An all-purpose seasoning with a Near East accent combines equal parts toasted cumin, coriander seed and black peppercorns in a pepper grinder. Place it on your table and serve over rice or couscous.
TIPS: grind some on baked or mashed potatoes.
