Coriander bread

3 tablespoons Margarine
¼ cup Honey
3 cups Unbleached bread flour
¼ cup High gluten flour
2 teaspoons Dry yeast
1 teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoons Ground coriander
⅛ teaspoon Ground cloves
⅛ teaspoon Ground ginger
¼ teaspoon Ground cinnamon
1 \N Egg (I use egg substitute)
½ tablespoon Grated orange peel.
