Measure | Ingredient |

1 cup | Pepperoni slices -or- |
1 pack | (4 ounces) pepperoni |
½ cup | Chopped onion |
½ cup | Green pepper strips |
7 ounces | Spaghetti, cooked and drained |
½ cup | Grated Parmesan cheese |
½ cup | (2 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese |
½ cup | Chopped tomato |
½ teaspoon | Oregano leaves |
Fry the pepperoni in a large skillet until edges curl. Add onion and green pepper; cook until tender. Toss together cooked spaghetti and cheeses, tomato and oregano; add pepperoni, onions and pepper strips. Heat thoroughly. Sprinkle with additional parmesan cheese, if desired. Makes 4-6 servings.
