| 1 carton | (8oz) sour cream |
| 3 tablespoons | Horseradish |
| 2 tablespoons | Red wine vinegar |
| 2 teaspoons | Sugar |
| ½ teaspoon | Dry mustard |
| ¼ teaspoon | Salt |
| ¼ teaspoon | White pepper |
| 1 can | (16oz) cut beets; drained & diced |
