colorado potatoes

¾ pounds Bacon
6 larges Red potatoes
1 large Onion -- chopped
Bell pepper -- chopped
  Salt and pepper -- to taste
1 small Can whole kernel corn

Cut bacon into bite-sized pieces and fry, but not crispy. Add onion, bell pepper and potatoes, which should also be cut into bite size pieces. Add salt and pepper. Cook until potatoes are almost don, then add corn. Continue to cook until potatoes are done.
