| 3 tablespoons | Sugar |
| 4 tablespoons | Vinegar |
| 1 tablespoon | Minced onion |
| ½ teaspoon | Salt |
| ⅓ cup | Salad oil |
| Parsley and paprika for garnish |
Wash, drain, and chill cabbage. Shred. Combine sugar, vinegar, onion, salt, and salad oil. Add cabbage and mix lightly. Garnish with parsley and dash of paprika. Yield: 6 servings.
