|1 cup||Strong fresh coffee|
|2 larges||Scoops vanilla ice cream|
Pour hot coffee over ice cubes to cool. Then put coffee, salt, ice cream, and sugar into mixing bowl. Beat just long enough to blend. Serve in a tall glass. Garnish with whipped cream and shaved chocolate. Yield: 1 serving.
