Measure | Ingredient |

1 cup | Flaked coconut; |
½ teaspoon | Salt; |
1¼ teaspoon | Coriander; |
1 tablespoon | Cumin |
1 tablespoon | Brown sugar; |
1 cup | Orange juice; |
Place above ingredients with only half of the orange juice in a blender containter and blend on high speed for 1 minute. Scrape sides and add another ½ cup of orange juice. Cook chicken to intrustion on the bag.
Pour sauce over chicken and serve. A recipe I found on a chicken bag from the store. (those big bags)
