1 teaspoon | Lemon rind |
Heat oven to 350. Mix flour, butter & ¼ cup sugar. Press firmly into bottom of lightly greased oblong pan, 13*9½*2". Bake 10 minutes.
Mix eggs, 2 cups sugar & salt. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spread evenly over partially baked bottom layer. Bake 25 minutes. Top will be lightly browned. Cut into 3*1" bars when cooled.
