Coconut cocoa drops

Yield: 48 cookies

Measure Ingredient
1 cup C and H Powdered Sugar unsifted
½ cup Butter
1 \N Egg
1 teaspoon Vanilla
½ teaspoon Brandy or mint extract
2 cups All-purpose flour
¼ cup Cocoa
¼ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Baking powder
½ cup Sour cream
1 cup Shredded coconut

Cream together sugar, butter, egg, vanilla and brandy extract until smooth. Combine flour, cocoa, salt and baking powder. Add dry ingredients alternately with sour cream. Stir in coconut. Drop by teaspoonfuls on greased cookie sheet. Bake in 350-degree oven 12 to 15 minutes. Cool on rack.
