| Measure | Ingredient |

| 4 cups | Sugar |
| 3 cups | Baking Cocoa |
| ½ teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 quart | Warm Water |
| 2 quarts | Boiling Water |
| 4 gallons | Hot Milk |
In a large kettle, combine sugar, cocoa, salt and warm water; mix well. = Add boiling water; boil for 10 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in hot = milk.
