2 teaspoons | Baking soda |
1 teaspoon | Salt |
6 tablespoons | Cocoa powder -Make 3 wells and add to each--- |
2 tablespoons | Vinegar |
¾ cup | Oil |
2 teaspoons | Vanilla -Pour over top:--- |
2 cups | Water |
Stir the entire mixture with a fork and bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Frost as desired or dust with powdered sugar.
NOTES : This cake is contains no eggs, so it is good for people on egg free diets.
